We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer to join a small, high-impact engineering team responsible for building and modernizing core business applications. This role will play a critical part in developing new platforms, enhancing existing systems, and introducing automation across the organization. You will work across the full software development lifecycle—from design and development through testing and deployment—while adhering to established coding standards and engineering best practices. The environment requires a high degree of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently within a structured development framework. Responsibilities Designing and developing full stack applications using .NET technologies, with MVC-based front-end architecture Modernizing and migrating legacy Python-based logic into scalable .NET solutions Building automation tools and improving operational workflows Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with a strong emphasis on unit testing (targeting high code coverage) Collaborating closely with architecture leadership to align with system design, standards, and long-term technical direction Contributing to continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and application performance Supporting and maintaining existing applications, including occasional work with legacy automation tools Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on .NET / C# Experience building full stack applications using ASP.NET MVC Strong understanding of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL Experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools Proven ability to work across the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, and deployment Strong experience with unit testing and writing testable, maintainable code Ability to follow structured coding standards and incorporate technical feedback effectively Experience working in small teams with high ownership and accountability Preferred Experience migrating or refactoring legacy systems (e.g., Python to .NET) Familiarity with automation tools or workflow optimization Exposure to Power Automate or similar low-code platforms Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred) Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with technical leadership in a highly collaborative environment Benefits Flexible employment and remote work International projects with leading global clients; travel to clients and work in their environments Work comfortably in a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere that does not enforce a dress code Non-corporate atmosphere with language classes and skill development through internal & external training Private healthcare and insurance; monthly sport budget for work-out, swim and other fun activities; multisport card Applicable in: Poland, Latam, MD, RO J-18808-Ljbffr
