Candidates should be diligent, hardworking and have a positive attitude.About The JobClean, prepare and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand toolsInspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisorsMaintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zonesFollow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed (e.g., replacing glass, removing tape and decals)Support other warehouse or yard operations as directedEnsure appropriate safety measures are followedMake sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shiftHelp maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilitiesOther duties as requiredRequirementsPrevious experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safetyReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPass background check and drug screening requirementsBi-lingual in Spanish and English preferredFamiliar with basic hand toolsPay attention to detail and become familiar with industrial equipmentAble to work overtime occasionallyAble to read and understand safety instructionsExperienceEducation Requirements:High school or equivalentCompensation:$18.00 HourlyOvertime PayWork EnvironmentIs exposed to excessive noiseIs around moving machineryIs exposed to dustRequired to work outdoorsWearing of safety clothing and equipment may at times be requiredBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceShort Term Disability401K MatchPaid HolidaysFloating Holiday
