In this role you will lead a team of pipe welders, pipe fitters, and pipe helpers in the prefabrication of industrial HVAC hydronic piping systems.Total Rewards:Life InsuranceTuition ReimbursementPaid HolidaysPTOWeekly PayMedical, Dental, Vision, Hospital, Accident, Specified Disease, and Pet Insurance401(k) with Company MatchOnsite Health ClinicApprenticeship ProgramSchedule: 6:00am-4:30pm with OT as necessaryResponsibilities:Oversee the installation of industrial hydronic piping systems including chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, and condensed waterPrioritize safety and ensure the team completes audits and all EAS safety requirementsManage project schedulesMaintain tool inspection reportsReview submittals, installation, and operation manualsInterview and hire new employees to join the pipe departmentQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervisionFamiliarity with flowline manufacturingKnowledge of pipe fabrication methodsExcellent time management skills and problem solving abilitiesAbility to work both independently and as a teamAbility to read blueprints and schematicsStrong Interpersonal skills for coordinating teamsFluency in email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation softwareEducation Requirements:Minimum of a high school education or equivalentTrade School completion preferredJob Requirements/Special Skills:Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold and where noise levels are at or above 90 decibelsAbility to lift 50 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift
