Director Of OperationsA leading hospitality group is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee a high-profile, multi-use venue combining membership, events, and food & beverage programming. This role is responsible for overall operational performance, financial success, and delivering a high-level guest and member experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all departments including membership, events, F&B, production, and facilitiesManage and develop department heads and teamsFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performanceEnsure seamless execution of events and daily operationsOversee logistics, service standards, and vendor coordinationMaintain operational efficiency, safety, and complianceOwn and manage budget, revenue, and profitability targetsTrack KPIs and adjust strategies to meet goalsNegotiate vendor contracts and control costsAct as senior point of contact for clients and partnersSupport event execution to ensure high satisfaction and repeat businessResolve escalated issues professionallyIdentify opportunities to improve operations and increase revenueSupport long-term planning and business growth initiativesStay current on industry trendsQualifications5+ years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, events, or related fieldsStrong financial and operational management skillsExperience with events, F&B, and production environmentsProven ability to lead teams in fast-paced settingsStrong communication and organizational skillsFlexible schedule including evenings and weekendsCompensationBase salary: $150,000 $175,000Bonus eligible
