Fleet Tire Sales Manager - 4518-FTSM

Why This Role MattersFocus on achieving profit goals, increasing market share, and expanding sales performance.Re-engage 75 Target Accounts—accounts with no purchases in the past six months—by executing strategic plans aligned with operating budgets.Serve as a key contributor to business growth through strong customer relationships and effective sales execution.While the position may be based in various states (preferably South-Central to Southwest), the successful candidate must have the flexibility and willingness to travel.What You'll DoPromote Goodyear products and programs, highlighting the Total Goodyear Program's competitive value.Execute marketing initiatives and promotional pricing strategies.Manage customer engagement through sales calls, activity tracking, and weekly reporting.Conduct monthly fleet surveys for Target Accounts to identify needs and opportunities.Lead and participate in Retread Plant Tours to educate customers.Drive retread sales growth, including mounted wheel programs.Provide timely, accurate product guidance and respond promptly to customer inquiries.Build strong customer and internal relationships to support satisfaction and results.What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED.Direct selling experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.Experience managing a sales team in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.An understanding of commercial tire product applications, with experience in the field of auto, light truck, commercial and off-the-road tire products, is desired.Goodyear is an equal employment opportunity employer.
