It has won Tonys in every producing category as well as numerous other Drama League, Drama Desk and Olivier awards.We are committed to developing an inclusive and supportive culture, where employees have equal opportunity for growth.$31.25/ hourFLSA Status: Non-ExemptDuties and ResponsibilitiesServing as a liaison between departments (marketing, sales, operations, ticketing, etc.)to ensure sponsor fulfillment and renewal.Assist in maintenance of local and national accountsAssist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing excellent customer serviceAssist with sponsor ticketing needsAssist with creating and developing sales presentations for potential new businessParticipate in applicable meetings and callsAssist in proof of performance recap processAssist in national proof of performance recaps following the established national guidelinesAssist with large sponsor national accounts. Works with local Box Offices in multiple markets to determine availability and purchase tickets. Communicates, trains, and distributes all tickets to sponsor. Serves as a liaison for all show copy and marketing materials. Maintains on-going communication with sponsor regarding all performances, and retains all in-house ticket and delivery records.Maintains both local and national barter logs, files reports monthly.Assist with Sponsorship events- coordinating venue space, acting as a liaison for catering, concessions, merchandise, and entertainment, and providing direct one on one event coordination for all sponsors.Additional responsibilities will include providing assistance to the VP Corporate Partnerships and the Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships with developing capabilities presentations, drafting contract documents, conducting research, lead generation, placing wholesale merchandise orders, etc.Events, opening nights and other client activities may occur outside normal business hours.Some travel may be necessary.CompetenciesTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:CooperationEstablishes and maintains effective relationshipsActive listenerOffers assistance and support to co-workersWorks cooperatively in group situationsAdaptabilityAble to work around unexpected changes of circumstance or workloadModifies a planned course of action based on new circumstancesChanges communication style to achieve the best resultsFunctional CompetenciesComputer proficiency: Word, Excel, Power pointDesign experience preferableLooks for ways to improve and promote qualityDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughnessTeam OrientationFosters team cooperationUnderstands team roles and responsibilitiesSupports group problem solvingQualifications aka KSAOsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, the requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
