Job Summary: Our Client is seeking a strategic Vice President of Product to lead a comprehensive platform evolution within a growth-stage enterprise SaaS environment. This executive will own long-term product vision, architectural modernization, AI integration, and revenue-aligned innovation across the portfolio.
About: Our Client is a growth-stage B2B SaaS company operating within the CRM ecosystem, focused on post-sale work management and enterprise onboarding optimization. With an established enterprise footprint and strong sales-led growth motion, the company is entering a pivotal phase of expansion and product modernization.
About the Role: Reporting to the CEO, the VP of Product will own product strategy and execution across the full platform. While near-term initiatives include AI-augmented onboarding enhancements, the broader mandate includes expanding beyond CRM-native constraints, increasing platform accessibility, and embedding intelligence across workflows.
This is a GM-style executive role with direct commercial accountability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Define and execute multi-year product vision and roadmap
Lead platform expansion toward standalone and extensible capabilities
Modernize product architecture while protecting existing revenue
Drive continuous feature innovation aligned to enterprise client outcomes
Develop and implement AI strategy, including agentic automation and predictive modeling
Establish data strategy to improve delivery performance and expansion signals
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve win rates and expansion revenue
Support enterprise deals with executive-level product engagement
Align cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact
Success Metrics (First 12 Months):
Deliver meaningful AI-enabled product capabilities
Improve implementation timelines and delivery outcomes
Increase ICP win rates
Drive product-attributable net new revenue and expansion lift
Demonstrate tangible progress toward platform extensibility
Qualifications:
Required:
VP-level product leadership in growth-stage SaaS
Track record of platform evolution or major product reinvention
Enterprise sales-led growth experience
Commercially accountable mindset
Experience modernizing architecture in revenue-critical environments
Practical AI product experience with enterprise deployment
Preferred:
CRM ecosystem or ISV experience
Experience decoupling products from single-platform dependencies
Enterprise onboarding or work management domain experience
Willingness to travel as needed
