We are constantly growing and now seeking a full-time Hospice RN to join our team in South SLO County (5 Cities, Nipomo, Santa Maria, Lompoc).The nurse plans, organizes and directs hospice care while building community resources to plan and direct services to meet the needs of the patient and their families within their homes and communities.
