The company is headquartered in Brooklyn, NY.Job Title:Airtable Support & System ManagerRole Overview:The Airtable Support & System Manager is responsible for maintaining, expanding,and optimizing the company’s Airtable systems across all divisions. This roleensures that Airtable is functioning seamlessly, supports all team members withtechnical questions or issues, and continuously enhances workflows throughthoughtful automation, structure, and design. The person in this role “owns” Airtable— ensuring it is set up beautifully, runs smoothly, and evolves with the company’sgrowth.Key Responsibilities:Airtable Management & Optimization● Serve as the main point of contact for all Airtable-related support andtechnical issues.● Continuously review and improve the Airtable setup to ensure strongperformance, usability, and alignment with company needs.● Implement small modifications, improvements, and structural adjustments asneeded.● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all divisions.Division Onboarding & Expansion● Guide new divisions through the process of being onboarded into Airtable,following existing workflows and structures.● Customize Airtable bases and automation flows according to each division’sunique operational needs.● Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand requirements andtranslate them into effective Airtable processes.Automation & Workflow Development● Create, test, and maintain automations, formulas, and integrations withinAirtable and with connected tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, projectmanagement software).● Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency throughtechnical enhancements.Collaboration & Oversight of Remote Support● Coordinate and oversee remote Airtable assistants handling repetitive ordata-intensive tasks.● Provide guidance, quality checks, and accountability to ensure consistentresults and timely delivery.Qualifications & Experience● 2–3 years of experience with workflow or database platforms (e.g., Airtable,Excel, or similar software).● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable optimizing workflowsthrough technology.● Strong sense of responsibility; reliable and proactive in completing tasks.● Creative problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting and finding efficientsolutions.● Collaborative team player with clear communication and a helpful attitude.● Responsible and Reliable: Takes full ownership of assigned tasks, followsthrough on commitments, and ensures all aspects of Airtable managementare handled accurately and on time.● Collaborative Team Player: Works effectively with all departments,communicates clearly, and provides support to ensure seamless collaborationacross teams and divisions.Success Metrics (KPIs)● Airtable uptime and performance reliability.● Response and resolution time for team Airtable support requests.● Successful onboarding of new divisions into Airtable● Efficiency improvements and task automation implemented.● Team satisfaction and adoption of Airtable workflows.
