Salesforce Developer – AWS Connect

Duration: 6+ monthsCompensation: $70-80/hrLocation: Remote Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows.Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Amazon Connect, including CTI/softphone, call routing, IVR, and contact flows.Configure Amazon Connect contact flows, Lambda functions, and related AWS services (Lex, S3, DynamoDB, Kinesis as needed).Implement and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud Voice or comparable CTI integrations.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.Perform code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governor limits.Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues across the Salesforce-AWS stack.Possess 5-6 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, triggers, integrations).Demonstrated hands-on experience with AWS Connect / Amazon Connect.Experience with Service Cloud and contact center implementations.
