Recruitment Manager (Muskegon)

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts within a fast-paced Consumer Products manufacturing environment. This is a fully onsite position, working onsite five days per week, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across a variety of functions, with a strong focus on staff-level and operations roles.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiationPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill rolesUtilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreachEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processTrack and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline activitySupport employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing effortsMaintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policiesParticipate in workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition functionQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within manufacturing, consumer products, or industrial environmentsProven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environmentExperience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
