We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role Implement, operate, and maintain F5 load balancer technologies in a global enterprise across multiple networks. Upgrade to new technologies, tune performance, and implement critical system patches. Ensure Secure Socket Layer/Transport Layer Security (SSL/TLS) offloading and brokering PKI authentication features are operational. Create, manage, and troubleshoot load balanced IP address spaces. Provide after-hours support to the IT Operations Center for service outages. Develop and update technical solutions, operating procedures, and documentation.What You'll Need Experience administering and managing F5 load balancer appliances in an enterprise environment. Knowledge of standards, concepts, and tools for technology monitoring and management of F5 appliances. Technical knowledge backing up PKI certificates and appliance configurations. Experience working independently in support of customer requirements and interfacing with team members. Familiarity with IT Service Management products such as ServiceNow. Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 8+ years experience or Master's with 6+ years experience, or equivalent experience. US Citizenship and TS/SCI with Poly clearance or willingness to obtain. DoDM 8140.03 IT System Admin Intermediate certification (Cloud+, GICSP, SSCP, Security+ CE, GSEC, or higher).
