We want to help you achieve growth by giving you access to a network of smart and supportive people, willing to listen to your ideas.Job Responsibilities:Define and manage project objectives, scope, milestones, and critical success factors for CE and smaller FSC implementationsLead project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring adherence to statements of work, project timelines, and budgetsCoordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring roles, responsibilities, and expectations are clearly communicatedIdentify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes, escalating when appropriateGuide internal teams and clients through project phases, deliverables, and implementation methodologyFacilitate and contribute to client-facing meetings, including project kickoff, status reviews, and issue resolution discussionsMaintain accurate and timely project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and financial trackingPrioritize and differentiate between critical and non-critical tasks to support on-time deliveryProvide regular project status reporting, including schedule, risks, and budget vs. actualsSupport project financial management activities such as billing coordination, change orders, and contract administrationCollaborate with internal teams to identify follow-on opportunities and support continuity across engagementsFollow established escalation procedures to resolve project issues efficiently and professionallyAssist with resource scheduling and availability management to support project delivery needsRequirementsBachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experienceMinimum 4 years of project management experience, preferably within a professional services or consulting environmentExperience supporting ERP, FSC, or financial systems implementations; Microsoft D365 exposure is strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple smaller or mid-sized projects concurrentlyStrong project management fundamentals, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to adapt to changing project priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownershipPreferred QualificationsExperience working on CE or smaller-scope FSC engagementsFamiliarity with Microsoft D365 FSC or F&O project environmentsExposure to Agile, hybrid, or structured implementation methodologiesPMP or similar project management certification is a plus, but not requiredExperience supporting project financials, billing coordination, and contract administration"Armanino" is the brand name under which Armanino LLP and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with law, regulations, and professional standards. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $113,900 - $155,200. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $125,300 - $170,800. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $131,000 - $178,500. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
