Position: Office Coordinator Location: Shawnee, Kansas (In-Person) Company: Season’s Cleanings Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $800–$2,200 per week (with performance-based growth opportunities) About the Role Season’s Cleanings is seeking a driven, sales-focused Executive Assistant to work directly alongside leadership and help grow our branch revenue. This is not a passive admin role — this is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on closing deals, driving performance, and keeping operations running smoothly. What You’ll Be Responsible For Revenue & Sales Growth (Primary Focus) Call, follow up, and close inbound and outbound leads Convert prospects into recurring clients Re-engage past clients and upsell existing accounts Maintain a strong follow-up system via phone, text, and email Consistently hit and exceed weekly sales goals Client Experience & Support Deliver a 5-star experience from first contact to ongoing service Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and urgency Maintain detailed client notes and preferences in CRM systems Support billing, payments, and collections Encourage and manage online review generation Operations & Team Coordination Manage and optimize cleaning team schedules Monitor daily bookings, reschedules, cancellations, and pipeline Serve as communication bridge between leadership and field teams Help ensure every job runs efficiently and profitably Who Thrives in This Role Strong, confident phone presence Natural closer with a competitive mindset Organized and able to manage multiple moving parts Detail-oriented and systems-minded Tech-comfortable (CRM, scheduling platforms, email systems) Self-starter who takes ownership without needing micromanagement Growth-driven and career-focused Our STAR Standard We look for team members who embody: Serve – Put clients and leadership first Teammate – Support and elevate your team Accountable – Own your results Reliable – Do what you say you’ll do Compensation Structure Training Period (2 Weeks) Paid at minimum wage while you learn our systems and sales process.
