Entry-Level Process Engineer – Pharmaceutical ManufacturingAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated recent Chemical or Mechanical Engineering graduate to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in a Production Technician role. This is an entry-level role designed to provide hands-on exposure to drug substance and drug product manufacturing, equipment, and GMP-regulated processes in a production environment. [Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily pharmaceutical production operations, including batch processing, equipment utilization, and troubleshootingAssist with process optimization, yield improvement, and cycle time reductionParticipate in technology transfer, scale-up, and validation activitiesSupport deviation investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA developmentAuthor and revise technical documentation including SOPs, batch records, and validation protocolsCollaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and EHS teamsEnsure all activities comply with cGMP, FDA, and regulatory requirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline0–2 years of experience (recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply)Internship, co-op, or academic project experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, or regulated manufacturing preferredFundamental understanding of process engineering principlesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to work in a manufacturing / plant environmentPreferred ExperienceExposure to GMP environmentsFamiliarity with batch processing, unit operations, or production equipmentInterest in long-term career growth within pharmaceutical manufacturingWhy Join UsStructured onboarding and mentorship for early-career engineersHands-on exposure to commercial pharmaceutical productionClear career progression within Manufacturing, MS&T, or Process Engine
