Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facility Manager, located in Kansas City, MO. The Facility Manager will oversee daily operations, including facility maintenance, compliance with environmental and safety regulations, team management, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include coordinating waste treatment processes, ensuring equipment functionality, managing staff schedules, and optimizing facility workflows. The role also involves maintaining records, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Operational management skills, including workflow optimization and team schedulingKnowledge of environmental regulations, compliance requirements, and industrial safety standardsTechnical expertise in equipment maintenance and troubleshootingStrong organizational and record-keeping skillsLeadership abilities, including team management and effective communicationExperience working in a waste management, environmental services, or manufacturing environment is a plusBachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related fieldAbility to work effectively onsite and achieve operational goals in a fast-paced environment
