Consumer Affairs Representative

SUMMARY Northeast Shared Services is looking for an individual to join our team as a Consumer Affairs Representative. This role is responsible for communicating with customers to build lasting relationships and earn long-term loyalty. Manage incidents from inception to resolution. Escalates more complex issues to the Consumer Affairs Supervisor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responding to customer inquiries Resolving product liability issues Answering calls from the Bonus Card hotline Organizational gift card duties Tops Markets website assistance Other various customer service related duties MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word & Excel) Strong data entry skills Strong written and verbal communication skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent; technical or business training a plus 6-12 months customer service experience, preferably phone experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.95 - $23.93 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Shift: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Weekly day range: Monday to Friday Rotating weekends Weekends as needed Work setting: Call center In-person Office Work Location: In person
