We specialize in architecture, planning, and interior design across a wide range of project types-commercial, retail, mixed‐use, science & technology, hospitality, and multi‐family residential.We're seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer to contribute to innovative, high‐impact projects while working closely with our Principals in our expanding Raleigh office. This is an opportunity to shape meaningful work, grow your design voice, and take on increasing responsibility as our Raleigh studio continues to scale.What You'll DoLead and support the design and production of construction documents across multiple project typesCollaborate directly with clients and consultants, demonstrating strong presentation and interpersonal skillsDevelop detailed architectural materials, building systems, and envelope designsOversee construction administration, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory processesParticipate in lab planning and equipment surveying for biology, chemistry, tissue culture, cleanrooms, and vivarium environmentsMentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of learning, creativity, and professional growthEssential Skills7-10 years of post‐graduate architectural experienceProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUpStrong project management and team‐building experienceExcellent communication and client‐facing skillsAbility to self‐direct, prioritize, and manage multiple deadlinesAdditional Skills & QualificationsArchitectural License strongly preferredExperience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plusLab planning and equipment surveying experience strongly preferredProficiency in Revit Architecture and mixed‐use building designFamiliarity with construction administration processesWork EnvironmentOur Raleigh office is expanding into a new, thoughtfully designed space that reflects the caliber of our work.
