Service Operations Coordinator We’re working with a growing, service-driven organization seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operations within a technical service environment. This role sits at the center of the business, working closely with customers, field technicians, and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. What you’ll be doing: Coordinate daily service operations and scheduling Act as the main point of contact for customers Manage work orders, quotes, and service agreements Partner with field technicians and internal teams to ensure timely execution Maintain and update CRM systems and operational data Track service profitability and assist with reporting and cost analysis Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency What we’re looking for: 3–7+ years in operations, service coordination, or similar role Strong communication and customer-facing skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working with data, reporting, and basic cost analysis Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Why consider this role: Stable, growing organization Strong team environment Opportunity to take ownership and improve operations Solid benefits and long-term growth potential
