The organization has invested heavily in both proprietary product development and co-packing capabilities, producing a diverse portfolio that includes juice cocktails, teas, energy drinks, seltzers, sports drinks, flavored waters, and soft drinks.Position OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Integrated Marketing Strategist (CPG) to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that elevate brand positioning, increase consumer engagement, and drive business growth. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across multiple marketing channels.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field requiredMBA preferred; equivalent experience considered10+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or related rolesExperience within beverage manufacturing, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or food production environments strongly preferredDemonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategiesStrong leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAdvanced knowledge of digital marketing, analytics tools, and market research methodologiesExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholdersStrategic thinker with a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindsetKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and optimize integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectivesAnalyze market trends and consumer insights to inform brand and growth strategiesLead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to strengthen market presenceDrive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, paid media, content strategy, social media, and e-commercePartner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Product Development teamsManage external agencies, vendors, and strategic partnershipsEstablish KPIs and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness and ROIMentor and support junior marketing team membersRepresent the company at trade shows and industry eventsBenefitsComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability, accident insurance)401(k) with eligibility after 90 daysPaid holidays and paid time offCareer growth opportunities within a growing organization
