We want to inspire women to take centre stage in the gym by promoting strength training, which underpins all movement and sport, as a healthy foundation in life.About YouThe Head of Creative is responsible for defining, elevating and protecting the creative expression of ONER Active across all brand touchpoints. This role translates ONER's brand vision into a distinctive and culturally relevant creative output, ensuring consistency, quality and impact across campaigns, content, retail, digital and experiential. You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team spanning art direction, copy and design, while working closely with Brand, Social, Experiential, PR, and Marketing Operations to deliver world‐class creative that strengthens ONER's position as a global leader in elevated activewear. This role requires both creative excellence and leadership maturity, balancing vision, execution and team development.You'll Be Responsible ForSet and lead the overarching creative vision for ONER Active across all brand channelsTranslate brand strategy into compelling, distinctive and scalable creative expressionDefine, evolve and protect ONER's visual and creative identity as the brand expands globallyEnsure all creative output reflects ONER's premium positioning, ambition and cultural relevanceOversee the end‐to‐end creative development of campaigns, product launches and key brand momentsLead concept development in partnership with the Brand Director and Creative DirectorEnsure creative consistency across digital, retail, social, experiential and PR touchpointsContinuously raise the creative standard across every brand outputLead, inspire and develop a multidisciplinary creative team spanning Art Direction, Copy and DesignBuild a high‐performing, collaborative and ambitious creative cultureProvide clear direction, constructive feedback and ongoing mentorshipEvolve team structure and capability in line with brand growth and global expansionPartner closely with the Head of Social, Head of Experiential, Head of PR & Communications, Head of Photo & Video, Head of Creative Operations, and Web, Partnerships and Product teamsEnsure creative is delivered seamlessly and consistently across all consumer touchpointsDrive strong alignment between creative vision and commercial objectivesOwn final creative sign‐off across all brand workEnsure the highest standards of craft, execution and detailSafeguard brand integrity and consistency as the business scales internationallyWhat Success Looks LikeONER Active has a clear, distinctive and elevated global creative identityCampaigns and brand moments are culturally relevant, highly impactful and commercially effectiveCreative output is consistent, premium and instantly recognisableThe creative team is motivated, high‐performing and continuously developingONER Active is recognised as a global creative leader within the activewear industryYou'll need to have8–12+ years of experience in senior creative leadership rolesBackground within fashion, activewear, or culturally driven consumer brandsStrong portfolio demonstrating creative direction across campaigns, brand development, and multi‐channel executionProven experience leading, mentoring, and developing high‐performing creative teamsExceptional creative judgment with a refined aesthetic and meticulous attention to detailAbility to translate brand strategy into compelling, commercially effective creativeSkilled at balancing ambitious creative vision with clear business objectivesStrong collaborator who thrives in fast‐paced, evolving environmentsEquality, Diversity, and InclusionAt Oner Active it's about embracing diversity and empowering every individual to reach their full potential.
