OverviewBassmaster is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to help bring one of the most iconic brands in outdoor sports to life across digital and print platforms. This role is ideal for an emerging designer who's excited about storytelling, content, and creating work that connects with a passionate fanbase.You'll contribute across a range of projects — from magazine design to social media and marketing campaigns — helping ensure consistency, creativity and quality across everything we publish.What You'll DoDesign engaging creative for print media, social and marketing channels aligned with Bassmaster brand standardsPrint production work, including file preparation, submission and post-production best practicesSupport editorial-style layouts and visual storytellingCreate and adapt graphics for campaigns, partnerships and always-on contentAssist with photo editing, selection and keywording to support content discoveryCollaborate with marketing, content and production teams on creative conceptsMaintain and evolve brand consistency across all touchpointsManage revisions, updates and asset organization across projectsWhat You BringProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom; After Effects or Figma is a plus)Strong eye for layout, typography and visual hierarchyUnderstanding of digital and social-first design best practicesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and growBonus PointsExperience creating content for social media platformsBasic motion or animation skillsStudio photography experienceInterest in sports, outdoor culture, or storytelling-driven brands
