Sr. Kronos DeveloperLocation: Onsite (As per client's requirement)Employment Type: W2 contractKey Responsibilities:Configure, customize, and maintain Kronos/UKG Workforce Central (WFC) / UKG Dimensions applicationsDevelop and support Kronos modules including Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Attendance, and Leave ManagementDesign and implement business rules, pay rules, and labor level configurations based on client requirementsBuild and customize Kronos reports using Business Intelligence tools (Cognos/WIM)Develop integrations between Kronos and third-party/HRIS/Payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP) using APIs, WIM, or middlewareTroubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Kronos functionality and integrationsPerform system upgrades, patches, and testing (unit, regression, UAT support)Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsPrepare and maintain technical documentation, configuration guides, and SOPsProvide L2/L3 support and ensure timely resolution of tickets within SLARequired Skills & Qualifications:4-5 years of hands-on experience working with Kronos Workforce Central and/or UKG DimensionsStrong knowledge of Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Leave/Absence Management modulesExperience with Kronos WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) for building integrationsProficiency in configuring pay rules, business structures, and labor level transfersExperience with reporting tools such as Cognos or Kronos WFC reportingWorking knowledge of SQL for data extraction, troubleshooting, and reportingUnderstanding of HRIS/Payroll integration concepts and data flowsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills to work with cross-functional and client-facing teamsNice to HaveKronos/UKG certification(s)Experience with UKG Dimensions cloud platformExposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP integrationsPrior experience in a client-facing/consulting roleEducationBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
