We’re looking for a Data Analyst to turn complex enterprise data into clear insights that directly shape business decisions across Sales, Aftermarket Services, and SIOP.In this high-impact role, you’ll build dashboards, reporting tools, and data models that give leadership real visibility into performance - helping drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and influence strategic decisions across a fast-paced industrial organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead data collection, integration, and analysis across CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems supporting Sales, Aftermarket, and SIOP functionsDesign, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and KPI reporting for new equipment sales, aftermarket services, and demand forecasting accuracyServe as the primary analytics partner for SIOP processes, including forecast variance analysis, demand/supply modeling, and executive scenario planningDevelop standardized aftermarket analytics including service contract utilization, parts consumption trends, and customer lifecycle performance metricsPerform advanced statistical and trend analyses to identify revenue optimization and operational improvement opportunitiesEnsure data integrity, governance, and consistency across reporting platforms through validation, QA, and documentation practicesPartner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Aftermarket leadership to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutionsLead ad hoc analyses and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholdersProvide informal mentorship and guidance to junior analysts as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)2–7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analyticsExperience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial sales, or similar environment strongly preferredTechnical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar visualization toolsStrong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysisExperience with Python, R, or other analytical programming languagesFamiliarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Infor CSI, ServiceNow, or similar)Exposure to SIOP/S&OP planning processes or tools strongly preferredCore SkillsAbility to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insightsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic mindsetExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersHighly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experienceAdditional DetailsSupervisory Responsibilities: None (mentorship may be expected)Travel: Minimal, occasional travel to regional facilitiesPhysical Requirements: Standard office/computer-based work; ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionallyCompensationThis position offers a salary range of $80,000 – $115,000 annually, commensurate with experience, education, and relevant technical skill set. Additional compensation considerations may be available based on qualifications and overall fit.
