Mentorship and professional development training are a focus throughout your entire career.ResponsibilitiesOrganize, tag, fold, and hang merchandise to be put out on the sales floor or in back stock Distribute items to correct Specialty Shop.Assist with the Hanger Management systemOrganize all supplies for processingOrganize checked in freight to be processed by dateHang and fold merchandise to Scheels standards Assist Merchandising Team by attaching identification and price tags as neededPerform work efficiently and effectively with a high level of accuracy in a fast paced environmentDemonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and problem solving skillsAbility to navigate a personal computer and handheld inventory computer/scanner. Be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere by treating others with respect and consideration while taking pride in being part of a winning teamMaintain an orderly appearance of personal work space and surrounding areasPerform all other duties as assignedThis is a summer position but there will be an opportunity to apply for a permanent positionRequirementsThis is a temporary Summer position. Flexible day, weekend and evening shifts are available (ex: 7-12, 12-5, 5-9) We can work around sports camps, workouts, and other jobs etc. 4-8 hour shifts are available.
