*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service in a fine dining environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests feel welcomed, informed, and satisfied throughout their dining experience. Min + Tips *Responsibilities* * Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. * Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including daily specials. * Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff. * Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. * Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation. * Monitor guest needs throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils as required. * Assist with food preparation when necessary, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. * Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere and ensure smooth operations. *Experience* * Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. * Familiarity with fine dining standards and guest relations is a plus. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. * Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques is advantageous. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members.
