Accountant 📍 Pittsburgh, PA 15208 (Hybrid) $25-$28 Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization, is seeking an Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial activities. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and supporting an organization that serves the local community. Accountant Responsibilities Prepare and process weekly Accounts Payable batches The Accountant will reconcile cash accounts and credit card activity Assist with expense allocations and general accounting functions The Accountant will support journal entries and month-end close activities Maintain accurate financial records and assist with additional accounting projects as needed Qualifications for the Accountant Role Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience At least 1 year of Accounts Payable experience required QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred Nonprofit accounting experience strongly preferred Strong Excel, organizational, and communication skills Additional Requirements Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and reliable transportation required Ability to obtain or provide required background clearances#INMAY2026
