The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the sales organization, including the Inside Sales Manager and Account Executive team. The coordinator provides support in ensuring accurate data entry, timely quote creation, and coordination of pricing requests. The role is detail-oriented and process-driven, playing a key part in maintaining system accuracy and supporting efficient presales execution. Sales Operations Coordinators may be teamed with an Inside Sales Account Manager or Senior Inside Sales Account Manager to cover multiple account teams or a top producing individual team.Primary Position TasksProvide daily operational support to Inside Sales Account ManagersEnter and maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and order data in RADARBuild and prepare sales quotes based on approved pricing, terms, and product configurationsRequest pricing from internal stakeholders and vendors as neededTrack pricing approvals and ensure quotes reflect the most current and accurate informationCoordinate with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve pricing or data discrepanciesReview quotes for completeness and accuracy prior to delivery to customersMaintain organized records of quotes, pricing requests, and approvalsAssist with process improvements related to quoting, pricing, and data accuracySupport a dedicated customer account list aligned with an Account Team.Interpret information from various sources to support strategic decisions regarding product sourcing, product configurations, and basic competitive pricing analysis.Present Red River's core capabilities via phone or e-mail communication.Other business duties as assignedMinimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements0-1 years of experience in the IT industryPreferred Education/Certification/Experience4 Year post-secondary degree (Not required)Inside sales experience (Not required)Entry level certifications in OEM training programs.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to learn and understand sales procedures and protocols (RFQs, identifying end user, and communicating with the corresponding account team and internal resources.)Professional written and verbal communication skills (interpersonal, phone, email, etc.)A commitment to developing advanced organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to work well on a teamCommitment to on-going learning and willingness to participate in trainingAbility to learn and understand Contract and Compliance protocolsWorking knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and follow-up skillsEssential Elements (Mental; Physical; Equipment used)This position is an office position that requires remaining in a stationary position for multiple hours throughout the workday.This position requires the ability to continuously communicate with co-workers throughout the day utilizing Red River approved and/or provided communication tools and equipment.Special RequirementsN/ABasic QualificationsU.S. Citizenship RequiredEOE M/F/DISABLED/VetRed River is an equal opportunity employer.
