Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in an acute or long-term acute care (LTACH) setting preferred. Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and write clear, timely documentation including daily notes, goals, and discharge planning. Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage individual and group treatment sessions, and support safe patient handling procedures. Comfort supervising and mentoring therapy students and other clinical staff preferred. Maintain professional licensure in good standing and satisfy state-mandated continuing education requirements.
