Sr. Strategic Account Executive - US HOKA Sport & OutdoorReports to: Sr. Manager, Channel Sales - US HOKA Outdoor & eCommerceLocation: Remote - USInterested applicants must reside in one of the following approved states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, WisconsinThe RoleAs a Sr. Strategic Account Executive, you'll drive the growth and execution of HOKA's wholesale business across ecommerce accounts like Zappos and Shopbop. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, apply analytical rigor, and execute with discipline to support long-range and seasonal business planning, forecasting, and order management. Your work will help ensure HOKA's brand and account objectives are met, while supporting thoughtful assortment planning, distribution expansion, and effective product positioning.Your ImpactBuild and nurture effective relationships across merchandising, marketing, operations, planning, leadership, and field teams to support and grow ecommerce accountsExecute HOKA's commercial strategy, applying best practices and consumer-focused thinking to achieve financial and business objectivesDrive sales and profitability growth by analyzing performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and activating seasonal plansManage forecasting, sales planning, and order management, ensuring accuracy and proactive in-season risk managementCollaborate on seasonal assortment planning and align product strategy to consumer needs and brand expansionSupport seamless account service, seasonal activations, and execution against shared business objectivesContribute to long-range and seasonal business planning, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and reportingProvide insights and analysis on market trends, consumer behavior, and performance results to inform decision-makingRepresent the HOKA brand with professionalism and collaboration in all internal and external engagementsWho You AreBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceAt least 4 years of wholesale or buying experience within a regionally based role and/or Key AccountExperience managing a multi-category business with a large and complex order bookExperience with National Accounts, specifically Scheels, is a plusAdvanced proficiency in Excel and business analytics, with strong forecasting, budgeting, and performance management skillsProven ability to drive strategic account performance through data-driven insights and disciplined execution; ecommerce experience is essentialStrong executive-level communication skills, able to influence and align stakeholdersDeep experience operating in complex, cross-functional organizationsAbility to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentStrategic, commercially minded, and forward-thinking, with a track record of identifying growth opportunitiesHigh emotional intelligence and professional presence, building trust and credibility at all levelsStrong alignment with Deckers' core values, operating with integrity, accountability, and ownershipFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel and adjust schedules to support key accountsWhat We'll Give You Competitive Pay and BonusesFinancial Planning and WellbeingTime Away from WorkExtras, Discounts and PerksGrowth and DevelopmentHealth and Wellness$87,900.00 - $118,600.00The salary range posted reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in:Goleta, California (Remote)Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
