We provide accurate and efficient utility allocation services to ensure fair and transparent billing. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.Position Overview:The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers and residents, providing exceptional support related to utility billing, account inquiries, and service requests. This individual will handle incoming calls, online chats, emails, and service tickets while ensuring a positive customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, online chat, and email regarding utility billing, payments, and account issues.Assist residents in understanding their bills, charges, and usage data.Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns related to billing discrepancies, meter readings, and service adjustments.Document and track customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.Collaborate with internal teams, including billing and technical support, to resolve customer issues efficiently.Educate customers on billing policies, payment options, and conservation tips.Process account updates, address changes, and customer requests with accuracy.Escalate complex issues to management when necessary while maintaining excellent service standards.Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service, call center, or utility billing support preferred.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex billing concepts in a clear and professional manner in English and Spanish.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer concerns.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.Ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a strong plus.Bilingual: English and SpanishWhy Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for career growth in a thriving industryA supportive and collaborative work environmentThe chance to make a real impact in customer satisfaction and utility cost managementIf you have a passion for customer service and want to be part of an industry that promotes fairness and sustainability, we want to hear from you!
