Front of House Manager

The Front of House Manager at Chick-fil-A Batesville plays a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional restaurant operations and guest experience. This individual is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading team members, maintaining Chick-fil-A brand standards, and developing a high-performing team culture.The Front of House Lead works closely with the leadership team to drive operational excellence, support team development, and ensure our restaurants operate efficiently and profitably.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, speed, and accuracy in service.* Maintain high standards for food safety, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.* Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.* Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and brand standards.Team Leadership & Development* Lead, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.* Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and performance development.* Help cultivate a positive, service-focused culture within the restaurant.Guest Experience* Ensure every guest receives remarkable service.* Address and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.* Promote a culture of hospitality that reflects Chick-fil-A values.Operational Systems & Performance* Assist in managing labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency.* Monitor inventory and ensure proper product management.* Support implementation of operational systems and process improvements.Leadership Support* Collaborate with the Operator and senior leadership team to execute business strategies.* Support special projects, initiatives, and store-wide goals.* Serve as a role model for the Chick-fil-A mission and values.Physical Requirements* Ability to stand for extended periods.* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment.What We Offer* Leadership development opportunities* A positive and purpose-driven work environment* Competitive pay based on experience* Opportunities for advancement* The chance to make a meaningful impact on team members and the communityQualifications and Requirements:* High school diploma or equivalent* 2-3 years of experience working at Chick-fil-A (preferred, not required)* Proven experience leading and managing in a kitchen or food service environment as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor or team lead (preferred)* Strong understanding of BOH operations, including food cost tracking, waste management and kitchen systems* Servant-heart leader with passion for developing others* Excellent communication and organizational skills* Reliable transportation* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude* Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues* Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility* Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidaysBenefits:* Competitive pay* Opportunities for advancement and professional development* Free meals during shifts* Team member discounts* Supportive and engaging work environmentMost Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business ownerswho make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their owncontent and policies.Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
