Ortho Central Patient Intake Team SupervisorOversees all human, financial, and informational resources allotted to the Ortho Central Patient Intake Team. Assures adequate staffing and satisfaction of appropriate metrics.Works to improve the patient experienceOversees all patient intake functionsUtilizes data and good logical thinking skills to continuously optimize the functions performed in the department and seeking to continuously improve patient experience.Supports the intake team with appropriate database changes and enhancements/improvements.QualificationsEducationHigh School diploma or GED required.Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
