NJ Licensed Personal Lines VP, oversees the Personal Lines team in a full-time, fully remote position, providing guidance, training, and support while managing daily tasks and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and support to the Personal Lines Team Assign daily tasks and set performance expectations for team members Support Account Managers and Executives in business workflows, including client research and policy reviewsRequired Qualifications2+ years of supervisory experience 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance agency/brokerage experience 2+ years recent experience using AMS360 (strongly preferred) An active P&C license Must reside in NJ, NY, or VA
