Key Responsibilities: Flatbed Driving: This Regional Flatbed Truck Driver is responsible for hauling metal building components to mostly repeat customers with some job sites. The driver does climb on and off the trailer to show our customer what comes off at each stop. Adherence to Regulations: Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures. Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with your manager and dispatch to manage schedules, routes, and deliveries. Freight Handling: Nu-Way’s Regional Flatbed Truck Drivers are responsible for securing loads - but no tarping required! Record Keeping: Accurately maintain logs and records for all trips, including hours of service, maintenance checks, and incident reports. Qualifications: CDL-A License: Valid. Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience with flatbed experience preferred. Clean Driving Record: No preventable/recordable accidents as well as no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years. Team Player: Must be willing to work in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility, communication, and cooperation.
