Compensation from $44.00/hour to $46.00/hour - (based upon experience) - PLUS additional shift differentials Additional clinical premiums for experience! Qualifications: Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) licensure requiredActive CPR requiredPrevious leadership experience preferredOne year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferredAbility to assess and effectively communicate with residents Responsibilities and Expectations: Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of CareAdminister medications and treatments per physician ordersPerform resident assessmentsParticipate in daily resident roundingProvide supervision to nursing teamAssist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents
