Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Project ManagerManage commercial construction projects from award through final completion. Develop, track, and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants. Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope coordination. Review and process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications. Lead project meetings and provide consistent project reporting. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contract documents.
