Experienced Life Sciences RecruiterCarrot Recruitment | Remote US East Coast preferredAbout Carrot RecruitmentCarrot Recruitment is a specialist life sciences recruitment consultancy, partnering with organisations across pharma, biotech and medtech since 2006.Built by industry experts, we take a consultative and relationship led approach, supporting clients across multiple functional areas and delivering high quality permanent and contract hiring solutions globally.As we continue to expand our presence in the US market, we are looking to hire an experienced recruiter to support and accelerate that growth.The OpportunityThis is a full 360 recruitment role covering both business development and delivery across the US life sciences market.You will be joining an established business with an existing footprint, and will play a key role in developing a vertical aligned to your experience, using both our platform and your own network and relationships.We are open to individuals with a strong background in permanent recruitment, as well as those who specialise in contract hiring.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and win new clients across the US life sciences marketDevelop and grow relationships across pharma, biotech and medtech organisations, as well as associated consultancy partnersManage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing through to placementSource, engage and manage high quality candidatesDeliver consistently against revenue and activity expectationsContribute to the ongoing growth and reputation of Carrot Recruitment in the USWhat We Are Looking ForMinimum of 3 years experience in 360 recruitment within the life sciences sectorA proven track record of generating new business and bringing on new clients and vacanciesStrong experience in either permanent or contract recruitment, or bothAn established network within the life sciences market that can be used to support growthA confident and credible communicator, comfortable engaging with both clients and candidatesA consultative approach to recruitment, focused on building long term relationshipsHighly organised, self motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environmentPositive, driven and proactive in approachLocation and Working ModelUS based, with a preference for East Coast to align with the UK teamRemote working initiallyAs the team grows, there will be the opportunity to work from a shared hub environment on a regular basisWhat Is On OfferCompetitive base salary with a strong commission structureThe opportunity to join at an exciting stage of US growthSupport from an experienced and collaborative UK teamReal scope to develop your market and progress as the business expands
