Growth & Development: Professional development programs, leadership training, and opportunities to advance your career.JOB SUMMARY:Under general supervision, this position is responsible for supporting the growth of enrollment in Career Training Education and Dual Enrollment student populations. Works closely with secondary school partners, and internal departments to streamline admissions processes and implement effective recruitment strategies. Oversees the coordination of office operations related to early college students, and dual enrollment and career training education students to ensure a smooth and efficient student experience.SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage all administrative and admissions functions related to the Dual Enrollment program; act as the primary liaison with internal departments, secondary schools, and community partners. 30% Review, monitor and approve student application processing, course registrations, billing, and the accuracy of student records in the Student Information Systems 20% Maintain and update Dual Enrollment documentation, including forms, policies, and website content ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and articulation agreements in collaboration with academic leadership. 20% Assist with coordination of Dual Enrollment information sessions held on and off campus, partner with school administrators and Campus Directors on planning, logistics and the creation of event materials. 10% Serve as the primary liaison to high school counselors, providing guidance on Dual Enrollment policies and procedures and the use of Dual Enrollment Access Network (DEAN) system. 5% Provide input and make recommendations on the design and revision of all dual enrollment admissions forms in partnership with school counselors.5% Compile and report data to assess Dual Enrollment program effectiveness, outcomes and key performance metrics. 5% Completes all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 5%QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution  Minimum of five (5) years' work experience in admissions and recruitment in a college or university setting.   Proficiency in Spanish preferred.  Strong public speaking and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to coordinate effectively with faculty, staff, external partners, and students. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:This position requires an ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and carry items occasionally more than twenty-five (25) pounds.  It also requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines, such as, copier, fax, calculator, telephone, and other equipment as necessary.  IRSC expects its employees to follow proper safety standards while employed by the College. ADDITIONAL EXPECTATIONS:Requirements are representative of minimum levels of knowledge, skills and/or abilities.
