Forward-Deployed Software Engineer

As a forward-deployed software engineer at Artifact, you'll be the bridge between our core engineering team and the world's most advanced hardware companies. You'll work side-by-side with customers to understand their engineering needs, build tailored solutions, and ensure Artifact integrates into their workflows.RoleInterface with aerospace, robotics, and manufacturing companies to deploy and support ArtifactBuild applications, pipelines, and scripts to support customer deployments, feature-requests, and bug fixesCollaborate with core engineering team to determine product priorities, system architecture, and UX designTravel occasionally to customer sites to support deployments, train users, and gather feedbackQualifications3+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer (e.g. react, typescript, python)Familiar with physical systems (e.g. robotics, aerospace, automotive, industrial)Able to debug across the stack and motivated to deliver robust fixes quicklyStrong communication skills and experience working directly with cross-functional teams
