Join us and you'll develop your skills and expertise to the very highest levels, working in an international environment for a company known the world over for its brilliance.Key Accountabilities:Identify and manage new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas market for Rolls-Royce Solutions America products and services and provides self-driven follow through from lead to saleProvide sales strategy and project management guidance for assigned market and customer accountsEstablish and complete achievable but challenging short-, medium- and long-term goals designed to promote and increase Rolls-Royce Solutions America's market penetration in the assigned area of responsibilityManages assigned area and account responsibilities from a total support perspective and establish and/or enhance customer relationships, at the highest management levelTracks and reports trends, business conditions and account status, which will affect future sales.Prepares and presents professional sales presentations.Develops and maintains close working relationship with OEM dealer personnel and end-users for the purpose of maintaining and increasing penetration of sales.Promote a safety and compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls-Royce Code of Conduct.Perform special projects as requiredBasic Requirements:Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this timeBachelor's degree in Business or Engineering and 3 years of experience in sales & service management in the Oil & Gas industry, or 7 years of experience in sales & service management in the Oil & Gas industry.Ability to travel domestic & international 40% of the timePreferred Qualifications:Excellent self-starter with the ability to work extended periods without supervisionGood technical knowledge of diesel enginesGood leadership skills, especially in addressing issues that cross internal departmentsProficient with PC and MS Office SuiteKnowledge of upstream, downstream general Oil and Gas marketKnowledge of MTU products or comparable diesel products and their applicationsRolls-Royce is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
