This role combines regular classroom teaching with academic coordination responsibilities and is ideal for an experienced ESL instructor interested in developing leadership skills..This is a teaching-focused position (about 25 hours per week) combined with academic support responsibilities. The role is ideal for an ESL instructor who enjoys teaching but is also interested in developing skills in academic coordination and program operations.Teaching Schedule• Approximately 5 hours of teaching per day• Primarily daytime classes• 1–2 evening classes per week• The schedule is consistent each semester and planned in advance.Responsibilities• Teach ESL courses to adult international and domestic students• Support academic operations and coordination• Help maintain course materials, assessments, and academic records• Communicate with instructors and students regarding academic issues• Provide occasional substitute coverage when needed• Maintain high academic standards aligned with accreditation requirements.Qualifications• Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related field• Minimum one year of ESL teaching experience required• Strong organizational and communication skills• Ability to work collaboratively in a small academic team• Interest in academic administration and program development
