Job Title:Litigation Paralegal (Labor and Employment)Location:This position can sit out of the following locations: Los Angeles (Downtown), Century City, Orange County, Del Mar, San Diego (Downtown), Silicon Valley, or San FranciscoSalary Pay Range and Other Compensation:$51.00 - $76.00 per hourEmployment Type:Full-Time | Direct HireFLSA Status:Non-ExemptSchedule:HybridAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a Labor and Employment practice group in all phases of litigation from initial filing through trial and appeal. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong technical and administrative skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Collaboration across teams is essential to success in this position.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Communicate regularly with legal teams and ensure accuracy of work product before submission and filingPrepare pleadings and discovery documents for filing and service, including advanced filings such as complaints and motions for summary judgmentConduct fact investigations, analysis, and document managementManage and organize case files and large document productionsSupport trial preparation including coordination of exhibits and supporting materialsAttend trial proceedings and provide on-site support to attorneys and legal teamsMonitor deadlines and ensure compliance with statutory and pre-trial requirementsCollaborate with attorneys and staff across multiple levels of the organizationManage multiple projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentQualifications:Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firmStrong knowledge of federal, state, appellate court, and administrative agency procedures including EEOC, NLRB, and DOLExperience with e-discovery and large document productionsAbility to manage deadlines and multiple projects independentlyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent written communication skills including spelling, grammar, and punctuationAbility to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as neededABA-approved paralegal certification requiredBachelor’s degree or some college preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, and TeamsExperience with TrueFiling, Relativity TextMap, CaseMap, PageVault, or similar systems preferredBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompetitive hourly compensationHybrid work environment - 3 days onsite, 2 days WFHOpportunities for professional development and growthDisclaimer: The compensation and benefits information in this posting represent a good faith and reasonable estimate of what it might pay for this position.
