Please read the job description carefully before applying.Paavis is a Trust Intelligence platform that helps businesses convert more demand into more revenue, in markets where customer trust is the main driver of buying decisions.We’re a small founding team looking for a lead engineer to join us as a partner, at the ground floor and help build our first working prototype.What you’ll build:A data platform that connects search, marketing, and CRM data to revenue outcomes — turning fragmented signals into clear, actionable insights. Python, Postgres, React, LLM APIs.Who you are:Director-level engineer with 10+ years of experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS or data/analytics companyA people manager who has built and led remote teams — and knows when to lead and when to do the work yourself5- 10+ years across data engineering, backend, and productProduct-minded and pragmatic — you ship, then iterateComfortable with ambiguity and excited by 0→1 buildingBonus: experience with SEO, paid media, attribution, or LLMsYou’ve worked with one or more enterprise SaaS companies — and now you want to build your own.Location: Remote, Seattle preferred. PST required.The deal: Speculative for the first three months — equity, not salary.
