Lead Install Technician - Security (Access Control, CCTV, Intercom)

Job Title: Lead Install Technician - Security Essential Functions and Responsibilities: · Perform programming, testing, installation, and maintenance services of Access Control, PA systems, IP CCTV, Intrusion, and Intercom systems’ electronic components · Read basic blueprints, schematics, manuals and other specifications to determine installation procedures · Record equipment IP addresses, model, and serial numbers · Complete all wiring, connections, and equipment installations to ensure systems are operational and complete according to contract requirements · Accurately document & escalate job issues & status · Maintain professional appearance and conduct · Be able to work independently and be a courteous team member · Be a technical resource to Security service team · Perform work in a safe manner, in adherence with OSHA regulations. Maintain a clean working environment on site, including company vehicle · Ensure truck is stocked with material needs · Ability to be on-call on a rotational basis · Possess a valid state driver's license and a clean driving record · Be able to pass a CORI background check · Must be able to lift & move equipment & tools weighing up to 40lbs Work Experience and Skills: · 3-5+ years of experience in the Fire Alarm industry installing field devices and cabling · License: MA D Systems Technician (required); Journeyman or Master Electrician (preferred) · Certification: LenelS2, Bosch, Exacq, Brivo, EagleEye, Kantech (preferred) · Basic computer skills, detail-oriented, and organized · Strong troubleshooting & communication skills and mechanical aptitude · Solution-oriented and commitment to quality & customer service · Punctual, reliable, and committed to deadlines & budget adherences · Strong work ethic and positive attitude Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: On the road
