While this position carries a senior manager title, it is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. In this role, you will help drive the advancement of next generation aerospace and defense technologies by leading programs across the full product lifecycle, from early pursuit and capture activities through development, transition to production, and ongoing product support. You will play a key role in aligning technical execution with business objectives while supporting both internally funded initiatives and external customer programs.This position requires close collaboration across engineering, operations, finance, and leadership teams throughout Collins Aerospace and RTX, as well as direct engagement with government customers and industry partners. The Senior Manager, Program Management will oversee complex technical development efforts, manage schedules, risks, and program performance, and apply strong Earned Value Management principles to ensure successful execution. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
