Job DetailsIQ Resource Group is hiring a Production Coordinator in Clara City, Minnesota!Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmPay: $20.00-$25.00Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Summary:The Production Coordinator works with plant leadership to maintain and improve daily production operations. This role will oversee scheduling, purchasing, and reporting, while helping ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities:Maintain and update production scheduleEnter and track production ordersCoordinate and purchase ingredients and materialsSchedule cleanups and monitor production dataReport efficiencies and identify process improvementsUse SYS21 and Excel for tracking and reportingRequirements:10+ years of food production experience (5+ in management)Experience with food production equipment (extrusion preferred)Strong knowledge of GMPs and food safety standardsStrong Excel and computer skillsAbility to stand/walk in hot conditions and lift up to 50 lbsHigh school diploma or equivalentApply today or give us a call today to schedule an interview 763.340.0578!
