A company is looking for a Loan Counselor/Late Stage Collections. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of mobile home mortgage loans across all stages of delinquency Perform borrower outreach to resolve delinquent accounts and negotiate repayment plans Evaluate eligibility for loss mitigation options and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred 1-3 years of mortgage collections or servicing experience, preferably with mobile homes Working knowledge of GSE, FHA, VA, and Conventional loan programs Proficient with mortgage servicing systems and Microsoft Office
