Rope Knotting

As our Rope Knotting support you are not required to have prior experience in lighting or the art world. We will provide comprehensive training for our knotting techniques.Responsibilities Support Helix production, specifi cally focusing on precision hand rope knotting. Will be trained, and follow a strict knotting protocol. Carefully track Helix order needs, and ensure order fulfillment. Update the Production Manager on Helix order status, including any production delays or material shortages. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, specifically within the rope-working station. Assist in shipping and fulfillment, including packaging, labeling via ShipStation, and quality checks for outbound orders. Perform routine maintenance on shop equipment and ensure studio aesthetics meet Brightbound standards. Collaborate with team members across production, sales, and operations to improve workflow and efficiency.General Requirements Technical Skill: Demonstrated competency with hand tools, safety practices, and a high level of manual dexterity for basic knotting work. Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards. Organization: Exceptional time-management skills Communication: Excellent collaboration and basic writing skills for internal reporting and vendor coordination. Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during assembly shifts. Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or workshop setting is preferred, though not required.
