Adopt connects brands to culture through the power of sport by building transformational strategy and disruptive creative that creates emotional connection and brand distinction.OverviewAdopt is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to deliver best-in-class creative across branddesign, identity systems, experiences, communications, and campaigns that capture theimagination of consumers and deliver real value for our clients.This role calls for a highly skilled designer with strong conceptual instincts and a sharp eye forcraft. Creative thinking is paired with the ability to explore multiple design directions, translatingideas into work that is both distinctive and precise. Clear communication across all forms ofmedia is essential, along with the ability to build presentations and visual narratives thatarticulate intention with clarity and confidence.This person must have a strong ability to take direction and elevate it, turning strategy andcreative vision into cohesive visual systems, assets, and executions that feel considered acrossevery touchpoint. They will bring a fresh perspective to each challenge, with a consistent focuson producing work that is culturally resonant and built with purpose.They must approach design with intention, using typography, color, texture, space, and scale toshape compelling communication. Versatility across mediums is expected, with the ability to findnew ways to tell brand stories while working alongside cross-functional teams to move fromabstract ideas to well-formed, well-executed visual narratives. Comfort managing multipleprojects at once is key, maintaining a high level of craft across identity, packaging, digital, print,photography, and emerging formats.At Adopt, this role will help define how brands show up at the intersection of sport and culture,supporting integrated, best-in-class creative thinking for partners across the Adopt and PublicisMedia portfolio.ResponsibilitiesBuild: Develop exceptional design work across brand systems, campaigns, experiences, andcontent that ladders up to a unified creative visionCraft: Execute with a meticulous eye for detail, typography, photo direction, motion capture, layout, composition, and visual storytellingSolve: Approach challenges with curiosity and creativity, developing smart solutions to complex problemsExtend: Apply ideas across multiple touchpoints, ensuring consistency across platforms and formatsContribute: Actively participate in concept development, bringing design thinking into the earlystages of projectsPartner: Work closely with creative directors, designers, strategists, and producers to bringideas to lifeSupport: Help shape presentations and decks, ensuring work is clearly and effectively communicatedRefine: Ensure all deliverables meet a high standard of craft before they leave the roomAdapt: Work fluidly across mediums, including identity, campaigns, content, environments, anddigital platformsExplore: Stay curious about sport, culture, design, and emerging creative trendsConnect: Build strong working relationships with teammates and collaboratorsQualificationsLocated (or willing to relocate) near Portland, OR, or New York, NY5-10 years’ experience in the creative industryAn excellent portfolio that spans the full spectrum of brand design, brand identity, brand campaigns, and brand communications with evidence of building cohesive, multi-touchpoint brand worldsExceptional design aesthetic, versatility across styles, and awareness of design trends and innovationExcellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal), including strong deck writing and client presentation abilitiesA clear, creative point of view with the ability to contribute meaningfully to the strategic development of assignmentsExperience collaborating side by side with diverse strategic, creative, business, and production teams to seamlessly execute projectsSuperb professionalism and a mature presence in all aspectsAdditional InformationOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
